Help – for My Notes

My Notes is your personal note pad for recording your comments on Stora Enso in 2001. My Notes also allows you to send your comments with the content in question to a colleague or friend. In My Notes you can also keep a personal link list. All the relevant Stora Enso in 2001 web info is always to hand.

The My Notes tool was created for writing down your comments like a “scribble in the margin” on a printed report.

Registration is required to use the My Notes tool.

Registration
My Notes is your personal note pad. This is why registration is required. When you register into My Notes you have to give your e-mail address and a password. After registration the system will automatically send your password to your e-mail address. Should you forget your password, you can go to My Notes and ask the system to re-send it to you via e-mail.

Once you are a registered user you can start using the My Notes tool by logging in.

Adding notes
When clicking either My Notes or Add note a small window of similar kind will be opened and you are requested either to register as a new user or to log in as an old user.

Click the Add Note button at the bottom of any page, to open the My Notes tool, ready for writing a comment. Using the Add note button the tool will automatically combine your comment with the relevant page by creating a link to that specific page. The tool will always remember the page you have created the comment for.

Should you wish to make a general comment, just click the My Notes button in the right margin of each page. In this case you have to create a title of your own for the comment and the comment will not be linked to any specific page.

Whichever way you make your notes, they will all be listed in the same “My Notes” list with the latest added note placed at the top of the list.

All My Notes
To read, edit and send your notes click on the My Notes button in the right margin of each page. All your notes are sorted by date with the latest note at the top of the list.

Send Notes
You can send a note from your My Notes list to a colleague or friend by clicking on the Send note button. A link to the minisite will be included in the message.

My Links
In My Links you can add any web link by giving the link your own short description (My link about) and copying and pasting the address in the address field.
