The Board of Directors consists of eleven ordinary members, nine non-executive and two executive members, which are appointed by the Annual General Meeting for a one-year term.

The Management Group consists of the members of the Executive Management Group and other divisional heads as well as heads of staff functions, all in all 22 members.
