Stora Enso shares are listed on the Helsinki, Stockholm and New York stock exchanges. At the end of 2002 Stora Enso had approximately 75 000 registered shareholders. Repurchases of own shares continued in 2002. |

Stora Enso's Board of Directors and Management
The Board of Directors has 11 members, whereas the Executive Management Group has 10 members and the Management Group 22 members. Bergin, Russell and Wager joined the Management Group in 2002. |
