Search?
Use a single word or, depending on the search object, use the instructions below to look for more specific combinations.
- Phrases: Type the exact phrase. The search is not case-sensitive.
- AND: Look for two or more words at once using the AND operator.
- NEAR: When you use NEAR, the closer together the words are, the higher the page rank and the higher it appears in the search result list.
- OR: Look for synonyms or similar words by using the OR operator. Please note that if you do not use the OR operator and search using multiple words, the words are treated as a phrase.
- and NOT: Limit your search by using the AND NOT operator to exclude words.
- "AND", "NEAR", "OR" and "NOT": Use quotation marks if you want to use AND, OR, NOT, or NEAR literally. For example "Forests near mills". Without quotation marks, this query would use the NEAR operator instead of a phrase.
Use quotation marks if you want to search for a phrase that includes e.g. &, / or ' characters, like "R&D" and "debt/equity".
- Single asterisk (*): Use a single asterisk (*) to look for words beginning with the same letters. For example, type key* to find key, keyhole, keyboard, etc.
Double asterisk (**): Use a double asterisk (**) to look for all forms of a word. For example, type saw** to match saw, sawn, sawed, sawing, etc.
