Stora Enso’s pulp production is integrated into the paper and board business, to ensure that pulp produced within the Group is used whenever possible. External suppliers currently account for 15% of Stora Enso’s chemical pulp consumption. About 90% of the externally purchased pulp comes from a dozen key suppliers.
